Parent Portal is a web-based application that allows parents to view their child's educational information online via the internet. 

To take advantage of this system, a request must be completed by a legal parent or guardian.  These request forms are available on the homepage of the school website on the upper right hand corner. Upon completion and online submission of the request form and in-person presentation of identification, the parent or guardian will be assigned a username and password.

School Lunch

School lunch forms are available in the front office.  Each school-age student in the household whether a Selma Middle School student or not should be included on a single application.  

**A new form can be completed at anytime throughout the school year if there has been a change in income or household size**

Please have your student contact Ms. Godwin if they would like to participate in the program.
